PROBRO is the platform for professional real estate brokers in Mexico: a catalog of developments with prices and availability, client selections and tools for working with developers.
Have a question or something isn't working? Email us at [email protected]. We reply on business days, usually within 24 hours. Please include the phone number or email of your account and, if possible, a screenshot.
Signing in
Sign in with the phone number or email and password of your PROBRO account. It is the same account you use on probro.mx.
If you forgot your password, use "Forgot password?" on probro.mx or email us.
After several failed attempts, sign-in is locked for a few minutes for security. Wait and try again.
Catalog and prices
Prices and availability come from developers and are updated regularly. Before making a firm offer to your client, confirm the price with the developer.
If you see incorrect data, let us know at [email protected] with the development and unit.
Client selections
Add developments or units to a selection and share the link with your client. The app shows you when your client opened it.
Listing a resale property
You can list a resale property with photos, price and address from the app. Only list properties you are entitled to market, with accurate information.
Notifications
The app sends push notifications about your clients' activity and catalog updates. You can turn them off in your phone settings at any time.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
You can also request it by emailing [email protected] from your registered email or stating your registered phone number.
When the account is deleted, your personal data (name, phone, email, photo, contact details) is irreversibly erased and all your sessions are closed. Records we must keep by law, or that are part of the transaction history with developers, are kept in anonymized form with no link to you.
