J.P. BUSINESS ANGELS S.A. de C.V. ("PROBRO"), website probro.mx, contact email [email protected], is the controller of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and applicable regulations. This policy covers the probro.mx website, the broker portals hosted on the platform and the PROBRO app.

1. Data we process

Identification and contact data: first and last name, phone, email, profile photo, company or agency, position, broker experience.
Account data: password (stored only as an encrypted hash), sign-in history, role and access to developer portals.
Content you upload: resale listings (address, price, photos, description), selections and the contact details of clients you register with developers.
Usage data: pages and developments you view, viewing time, actions on the Platform, IP address, device and browser type.
Mobile device data: push notification token, platform (iOS/Android) and language.
Location: only if you allow it and tap "My location" when listing a property. We use the phone's precise location to place the property on the map and rank address suggestions; it is stored only as the coordinates of the listed property. We do not track your location in the background.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

2. Why we use it

Purposes necessary for the service:

to create and manage your account and authenticate you;
to give you access to the catalog, selections, developer portals and other features;
to register your clients with the developer you choose and follow up on the transaction;
to publish the properties you upload;
to send you notifications about your clients' activity and your account;
to provide support and prevent fraud, bulk data extraction and unauthorized access;
to comply with legal obligations.

Secondary purposes: improving the Platform with usage statistics and sending you PROBRO news. You may object to these at any time by emailing us; it does not affect the service.

3. Who we share it with

The developer whose portal you use or with whom you register a client: your contact details, your activity on their portal and the registered client's data, so they can manage the business relationship with you.
Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting and infrastructure, email and SMS delivery, push notifications (Apple, Google and Expo), maps and address suggestions (Google Maps Platform and, as a fallback, Photon/OpenStreetMap and Apple's geocoder), payment processing, messaging (Telegram, if you enable it) and artificial intelligence tools for smart search.
Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some providers process data outside Mexico (for example, in the United States or the European Union). In those cases we require protections equivalent to those in this policy.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is anonymized immediately; records we must keep by law or that form part of the transaction history with developers are kept with no link to your identity for the applicable legal period.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing [email protected]. Your name, last name, phone, email, photo, Telegram details and notification devices are erased, your password is invalidated and all your sessions are closed. This action is irreversible.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your data or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to revoke your consent and limit its use or disclosure. Send your request to [email protected] with your name, your account phone or email, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of your request. We will reply within 20 business days at most.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access control, access logging and anomaly detection.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses cookies necessary to keep you signed in and remember your language, plus first-party analytics to understand how the Platform is used. You can delete cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

10. Minors

The Platform is intended for professionals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page with its update date and, for material changes, notify you through the Platform or by email.
